Pushed Myler this morning around the longer B-hills loop. Was happy to get the week off and rolling with a run. Will really try and get out every day this week as I've been bad the last few weeks. Todays run felt good. I just took it easy and tried to keep Myler bundled up and warm. 5.4 miles this afternoon with my uncle and pushing Myler. Another nice and easy, slow run to log the miles and get the body to come around.
