Out around the B-hills loop in reverse this morning. 55 F felt just right with a long sleeve tech shirt  and gloves on. I'm in a weird place right now.

Didn't plan on running again today but my uncle called and was going to be over here so we went out. Nice and slow pace with a couple walk breaks. He is coming off a knee injury and just getting back to around a 5 mile run. Anyways it was a EZ way to add some mileage.

Have you decided on a Dec/Jan marathon? Isn't there some cash on the line @ a Mesquite marathon in November? What is that course like?

Understandable. Cool pic. Was that from the site or a personal camera?

No firm choice yet on the December race. I'm leaning to St. Judes but we are still trying to decide what will work best for the family. I'm still open to Tuscon, CIM, Dallas, and maybe even Mesquite or Vegas. There is some cash at Mesquite but I'm sure a faster Joe would show for it. As there was a add in Runners World boasting the $1,500 prize. That course is meaty... The first 7 miles are really nice downhill but then you run some wicked rollers into town.

Adam- The picture came from the newspapers web site.
