Looped to the DC and then up the river trail to River road and back home. It was cooler this morning than yesterday and much appreciated. My legs felt kind of flat but not dead. As I was crossing the river by the DC the stake president came riding by on his bike and we said hello. Then one mile up the river trail he was off pushing it. He said he blew a tire right after the DC. Sucks it was going to take him a half hour to push it home. 4 more miles tonight on the treadmill. It was still 99 F in my garage but cooler than the 106F out in the sun. Ran nice and slow hitting the 4 miles in about 34 min's. |
