Had a good group this morning. We met up at the park and drove up 23 and then came down. I had a little more because I ran past a water bottle and turned around to go get it. Anyways the group was fun and we just chit chatted for the first 10 miles and at some points it felt boringly slow. But we all go warmed up good and by the 10 mile mark I was ready to pick it up. However nobody really wanted to go out so for the next couple miles we still just stayed together. Then finally around Winchester a few of us picked it up a little and carried that pace down off the hill to the old store. From there in I just relaxed and tried to cool down. Never really took off today but that's o.k cuz I would have had a long recovery and now I should be fine on Monday. Everyone ran well and it was fun to have all the guys out and finishing within a few min's of one another. A beautiful morning out here in town.... just the right amount of cool in the air up on the course... and lots of roadkill.

6:46 avg for the run

Clyde, great run today. Was fun to tag along for a few miles. I still think your tempted to light STG up, lol!

Good job today, you looked pretty strong when you came flying by me.

I've got a few other people for your 3 hour SGM group. Are you really going to have glow sticks at the start?

From Superfly on Sat, Sep 12, 2009 at 13:20:32 from 208.117.127.110

Jon- keep sending them our way. I'll wear a glow stick if I can find one... Logan says he's going to strap Wild Bulls blow up doll on his back and make Bill follow that way.

Oh no, not the blow up doll! The Bull will be rearin to get out of the chutes.

Good job today. We might need to get Logan two ropes so he can reign Bull and you in when you get feeling frisky.

I like the blow up doll idea, as long as it is a "family approved" one!:)
