Did the little B-hills loop this morning. One more week of this Sr. games stuff and I can get back to regular life. I ate a big ribeye steak last night at Texas Roadhouse and it wasn't sitting in the belly very good this morning. Almost had a roadside but managed to fight it off until I got home. Legs felt good though. The hammy is being very mellow the last few weeks including during STG. So is it ready for real training? I'm not so sure. One hard 10 mile tempo and it might hurt just as bad as ever or who knows maybe it's finally coming around. I might try something next week to test the waters.

2.25 miles tonight. I ran over to the park in my 5 fingers then a little around there while helping with the cross country race. I drove the 4-wheeler in front of the kids as they raced like a little pace car. The course is really fun but could be kind of confusing without the pace wheeler. Then after that I just ran back home.

I know you plan is to get healthy for the future, but long term are you running anymore marathon's or are you going to start Ultra's?

Clyde we need to get the bloggers together and have a FRB softball game.

Yeah Kory I like doing trail runs but if I can get fully healthy again I want to try and put together one more PR type marathon.

A softball team would be fun but I think we do better against competition when we run:)
