Night
Went on an Hour long run, felt SUPER good and started speeding up a lot, I finished with about 9.5 miles, it was pretty cold but i was hot at the end |

10 miles, went up to a road near red-butte Gardens and did speed 200-400-600-800-800-600-400-400, my times were something like .32-.72-2:01-2:22-2:20-2:05-.62-.62
It was fun and a lot better than running on the Track |

11 miles, went to do hills at the same place as yesterday except we went for tomy because he was being interviewed for Prep of the Week, so he could befilmed and then be on KUTV a little while later, it was fun. We did three different hills, and did each one 4 times, than we went back on the shoreline trail, Tomy, Fasal, Abigail, Cayden, Dakota and Bill went back the same way.

went to liberty park to do 3 relaxed 2-mile tempos my times were 11:15, 11:25, and 11:20 we finished with 12 miles at the track, My calves were a little sore but i stuck with tomy the whole time and they got better, on the way back we went up the horible hill back to the track, my 2nd time running it since sunday | |

We went to sunnyside ran a lap and did some stretching then we did strides and finished with a lap of fireman and a jog back to the track, it was 4 miles in all, surprised we did so little, it felt good yet weird to do only 4 miles, i've never actually tapered for a race before this early, hopefully it will pay off at state.

Went to liberty park with Tomy, Fasal, Dakota, Caden, and Garreck. Did strides which were pretty good, gives a feel of how I should Start at state.

We went to sunnyside park and did a version of stoplight or red light green light, you jog on the red light and sprint on the green light, it was actually a lot harder than I thought it would be we finished at the track with4 miles |

2 mile shake out before state

After 5 more miles of warm-up I started to feel ick, then during the race it kind of got worse and i finished with a 16:48, Hmmmmmm...... Anyways ill just try and do a lot better at the next race, and i finished with a 1 mile cool down |

Then when we got to the starting line and the gun went off i slipped (#@!%%$) but made my way up to third place and got on the podium-like a boss. I foolishly didnt get a cool down, |
