Ran 3 miles on the treadmill in 25 minutes. My hip is getting stronger. My knee only bothered me for about one lap. I have the registration day for Hobble Creek Half Marathon written on my calendar. Last year it was full when I went to register. I'm not gonna miss it this year. I have to keep the mileage down for a little longer to keep from re-injuring my knee. My weak hip causes my knee to be unstable. If only we had figured out last year that it was my hip and not my knee.....could have prevented a lot of lost time running and lots of cortisone shots. |
