Ran 3 miles on the treadmill in 25 minutes.  My hip is getting stronger.  My knee only bothered me for about one lap.  I have the registration day for Hobble Creek Half Marathon written on my calendar.  Last year it was full when I went to register.  I'm not gonna miss it this year.  I have to keep the mileage down for a little longer to keep from re-injuring my knee.  My weak hip causes my knee to be unstable.  If only we had figured out last year that it was my hip and not my knee.....could have prevented a lot of lost time running and lots of cortisone shots.

Ran three miles in 25 minutes on the treadmill.  I felt rather tired today.  Don't know why.  My knee bugged me the last half mile.  Probably because I turned the speed up to 8.5 because I hate treadmills and wanted to get it over with.

Ran 2 miles on treadmill.  First mile in 8 minutes, second mile in 7. I would have run more except I didn't have enough time.  I ate breakfast ten minutes before I got on the treadmill.  Next time, I think I'll wait on breakfast until after I run.  Didn't puke though.  Knee feels pretty good.  Forgot to do hip exercises two days in a row.
