Ran at track today. 2 miles warm up then 5x1000s at 5k-10k pace. Did 400 jog in between at 8minute pace. Splits were 3:39, 3:40, 3:37, 3:37, 3:34. Felt tired today...
2 mile warm up then 6 at marathon race pace. Started at piñon and Dustin and did loop back to to house... Fell completely short today.. Only managed to hit 6:38 ap. very bummed about this one as I did this same workout on same course in mid April and averaged 6:16 pace!!! Feeling frustrated. Going to have iron tested just to be safe
