7.5 miles outside. 7:10 pace. (Normal loop and added a mile) felt tired about 4 miles in. I haven't been doing very many runs over 5 miles lately. (Maybe this is why I'm tired?)
1mile on tm then 5.5 outside. College loop. 7:05 ap.(decided my goal for the next few weeks is to try and get a good base. I might throw in a speed workout once a week but mostly I want to work on mileage.
