Ran outside today. Warmed up then did 4x..15m hills. Then I did 6x 1 minute on/off. Fast minutes were between 5:35-5:45 pace slow minutes were between 7:15-7:45 pace. Overall for fast/slow minutes was 6:20 ap for 1.75 miles. Felt good today!
