Bad day at the track. Goal was 2 x 5k at around HM pace (6:30)
Ended up with 1 5k at 6:43 pace.
Trying to find a positive from this "workout"..
Prediction 5k with emaurine. I won January she wins in February. The James' are going for the 12 month sweep
Half mile repeats. Another bad workout, cut it short with pain just above my left ankle. ended up being 6 at around 3:00
