Well, I've worked out all week so far while being out of town and away from home. The treadmill I've been running on is like running on concrete barefoot. It's the hardest thing I've ever ran on. My legs are pretty sore after running on it for the last three days now.
It's a newer treadmill too. I thought the things were suppossed to have a little cushion built into them.
I felt a little weak on the weights this week as well. Maybe its because I've been working out in the evenings instead of the mornings like I'm used to. It's throwing me off my game.
