Missed a couple of runs. I got a little lazy with the holidays and everything. Me and the missed went out of town and frankly I didn't feel like working out. It's the winter, I'm not training for anything and weekends away with the misses don't include running and working out at 5 am. I hope that was a good enough excuse to justify it.
Anyway, 5 miles today. Man couple I feel the junk and Mnt Dew in the system. It was still worth it.
Weights. Actually felt a little stronger. I always do better with the weights after I've had a few days off.
