Evening run in the hood. It got dark while I was running- not a big deal since I was on familiar turf & not many cars.
Took me all day to convince myself I needed to run more than I needed to crawl in bed. Glad I did.

I'm always glad when I get out after waffling back and forth. Why is it still hard to make that decision sometimes? I'm always glad when I get out and regret when I blow it off.
