I slept so much yesterday and last night that I was suprised I didn't wake up before my alarm clock went off. I guess I was really tired.
I did Kenpo (left over from Saturday when I didn't make time to do it), then chest, shoulders & triceps. That was a tough workout for me today. Too many push-ups. Then I finished up with the ab ripper x. I'm so happy I only have 2 more ab ripper videos to do before I finish the program. Only 2 more to go!!!
I'll do physical therapy tonight, which always makes me sweaty and tired. That should be good enough for one day. |
