Workout with the black sheep group at East High Track. After the 1.13 mile warmup and 800m speed changes, we ran 10 x 400m. The first five were in the 86-89 second range. The second five were 83-85. Then an 800m easy in 3:16, followed by another 800m of speed changes, then .75 mile cool down. Good to be on the track again. |
