| I met up with Josh and Seth Wold at 5:45 on So. Temple and N Street. Seth was looking for guys to run with and he lives pretty close to Josh and me, so it makes sense. We ran the U/Federal Heights/Avenues loop with the Ensign extension (and a little bit of packed snow trail running). Pace was brisk for this hilly route, but manageable. I had 1:05 for 9 miles, and that included the minute or so Josh and I were waiting to meet up with Seth. I actually felt better today than I have for a while--with my cold in retreat and the ab problem not giving me too much worry. Good run overall. | Add Comment |

Limited time this morning (had to roll out of the house with Jack by 7:30 am and then go to work). So, even though I was out the door at 5:45, I only had time for 6.5 miles.
