Ensign Elementary loop.  The temperature was great (almost 40), but the wind made it feel quite cool. I was dressed for 25 degree weather and felt fine. Aside from a few patches of ice, the conditions were very good. Nice to see some clear skies.

No running. Monday night I experienced a vicious battle with stomach flu/gastroenteritis.  It was ugly.  Didn't go to work Tuesday.

No running again. I feel a little bit better, but very much in recovery mode.

I felt good enough this morning that I thought I might try running again.  It was cold, 15 degrees, but clear and quite a beautiful morning.  For most of the run I felt pretty sluggish. I think my body is still only about 65%-70% recovered from the stomach flu.  The major stuff is over, but it seems like it's taking a few days to bounce back.

Feeling 80% today. I ran a loop in the snow around the Aves and Federal Heights.

Finally felt something like normal today after a tough week of recovery from the gastro problems.  Met up at Radda with Casey & Kathryn and we ran a loop around the streets of Holladay.
