Sort of Black Sheep workout.  It was just me and one other runner. I think word did not circulate well this week or I had bad info. Anyway, we ran from East High a 1.3 mile warm up. On the track, we ran 800m of speed changes and then an easy workout of 2 x 400 (80,80), 2 x 600 (1:59, 1:57) and 2 x 800 (2:40, 2:39).  So, as you can see I pretty much ran a bunch of 40 second 200s throughout these.

For the first time in a few years I am planning to head to Moab to run the half this weekend. Although I have had a few weeks of solid training, I'm still totally unsure where I stand as far as fitness across that distance. I just don't want to blow up! The last two miles are ugly enough as it is, I don't need to make them any uglier. I am looking forward to racing, though.

I'm impressed with your training. You're solid! You're blogs are also a good read. S. Bernhisel
