It was a little damp out this morning, but I figured a little running on the trail would be ok. I headed up onto Shoreline and over toward Red Butte and up to the gate.  The end of daylight savings means it was pretty light out and I didn't have to run in the dark.  I am listening to another Cormac McCarthy book ... Blood Meridian.

A very good and very dark book.

Hey Chad I totally don't expect you to come on such a short notice but I was just going to give you a heads up anyways.

We are putting together another West Canyon Rim run in Zion's this Saturday morning if you and anyone else were interested. It was spur of the moment as we decided it would be the last chance of the season to do it before the snow buried the top section.

Anyways we'd love to have anyone.

Side note I will be in SLC tomorrow for a few hours and would be able to give anyone a lift down... and there is a shuttle that runs to and from STG to SLC twice every day.

Just a heads up.

Clyde--that sounds totally awesome, and at the same time, totally impossible!! I definitely want to do that run. It will take some planning, but I'll catch you guys on it when the snow clears. Have a great run.
