Went to the gym tonight and did 4 miles on the bike and then 3 miles on the treadmill. Legs felt great but I really hate the treadmill! I then did several weights on the legs, and then did some stretching. I hope to have a good winter so that I can have a good painters half. Hopefully work will slow down after next Thursday and I can get some good morning miles and some good biking miles in the day time. |
