Some of the things that motivate me to run: * Looking at the graph view of my mileage for this year and last * Seeing lean people * Starting to run and remembering that I really like it * Seeing un-lean people * Thinking about how I'll regret not running if I don't run * Thinking about other people who are consistent runners * Thinking about people I want to beat in races * Thinking about race times I want to eventually get * Looking at the scale :) * Seeing pictures of myself when I was consistently running * Thinking about all the things in my life I'm a slacker about * Wanting Elliott to grow up with parents who run |
