Took a few days off running since last week was a significant increase in load. Easy 3 on/1 off in North Salt Lake this morning.
My knee is holding up pretty well, but there's still a good bit of stiffness. And every now and then I do something that makes it hurt. So still being very careful. Still working with my PT, spending a lot of time in the gym, and still cycling just about every day in addition to the little runs.
