Ran with Sasha and Derek this morning. 7 easy miles, total time was about 53:xx, so around 7:40 pace. Sasha and Derek did another mile pickup, and once again I declined participation. Maybe I'll join in a week or two, but right now is my injury-prone phase while I'm rebuilding my miles, and a 5:20 mile could easily put me out for a couple weeks.
