Met up with Sasha and Derek this morning for an easy 6 miler. My legs are starting to feel a little better, tomorrow I'll try to go a little farther. Total time was 48:47, so another slow day. Sasha and Derek did a 1.5 mile pickup, and during that time I picked up the pace to 7:20 and was pleased that it felt as easy as 8:00.
