Guess it was a bad idea to try the workout today. I did a full warmup and rolled into a 5x3min set with the idea it would be low risk. Pulled my left hammy on #4 about 5 miles from the house. I hobble-jogged 2 miles before it completely quit and I had to walk from there.
Paces were 5:45, 5:40, 5:37 leading up to the pull, and I felt pretty good.
