AM - Lifting session. 3x10 on bench and squats at a whopping 95 lbs, then 3x10 reps on lats. Stomach, back, and light hammy curls. Getting ripped.
PM - 10 miles with Carly the dog. I'd say easy pace but she sort of sets the pace. And it's not my easy pace. She pooped out some rope she apparently devoured yesterday. Maybe I'm glad I don't actually own her.
