AM - 1st workout of the year. 8 miles including 3xcruise mile at 5:37, 5:38, & 5:39 on the levee. 1:00 rests. Added 4x30s fast on the run home. Conditions were 77 F & 72 dew point, and I must be adapting because it felt wonderfully cool. Weighed in at 154, so I'm still hovering about 12 lbs above racing weight.
