AM - 10 miles easy on the Urb. Feeling tired. I weighed myself yesterday and I haven't put back on the weight I lost from my bout of food poisoning. Hopefully I'm just tired from increasing miles and not lasting effects from that. None of my runs have felt particularly easy.
PM - 3.25 work loop. I heard from the Scotiabank Half up in Vancouver, they're going to give me a comp entry to come run. I had hoped to be in much better shape for this, but I suppose if I get to do it for free I can't turn it down. My first half is on the schedule.
