8 miles with 8 x 30s (1:00 rests) worked in.
Such a small workout, but I feel on top of the world. Getting the legs turning over was exhilarating. Now that I've had a couple weeks in the 50ish mpw range, I'm starting to add in some very small workouts. Get the legs safely used to some faster paces before upping the volume/intensity. I didn't focus on pace at all for this, but looks like I ranged from 5:38 down to 5:10.
