4 x mile w/ 3:00 rests @ roughly 10k pace. I originally had 6 x mile planned, but this is a race week and my body could use a little down time. Weather was awesome. Low-30s and no wind.

I felt good and I hit the times I was looking for without much difficulty. Now, so long as my kids don't get me sick, I can take a couple of down days before Saturday's half.
