12 moderate, 6:55 overall avg. I wanted to cruise the final 10 in 6:15-6:30, but made it to mile 8 before my calf flared and I backed off. Tried 5 x 30s on my toes, and the calf seemed to handle it okay. Now it's in more pain than I've felt recently. I'm hoping it's because I'm doing a little more rehab and it's just reacting to that. Heel lifts, scraping, and massage. Trying not to get bummed out that this is still lingering.
