I had a solid workout at City Park that confirmed my fears that I've lost a little shape. The weather's cooled and I was finally able to go full speed in a workout. 5x1200m @ 5k pace with ~3:50 rests.

I would have liked to run a little faster, but like I say, the fitness has suffered with a few weeks of lower mileage. Happy with the workout, though. There's enough time to build on it.
