I felt a little off -- I've felt like I had a cold coming on the last day or so. Premature muscle fatigue in the quads and felt shaky after the run was over. Regardless, I'm not worried that the pace was slower than I wanted. The effort was good and I increased the volume by a mile.
PM - 6 easy with Rylie. The run this morning seems to have cleared away all signs of illness.
