AM - Tempo work. I warmed up to Cali and did 2x30s (mile pace) then 2x2miles, 3x1mile at tempo, followed by 2x30s (mile pace). 1:00 rest for every 1 mile at tempo.
The trail goes slightly uphill the first half mile.
