6 miles on the river levy back in New Orleans. 87 F and 74 dew point. Absolutely brutal - I had rivers of sweat running off me by the end.

A very sad loss occurred in Washington as I lost one of my running shoes when I left it on top of my car before driving off. I still had a little life left in those shoes, so it makes me very sad to lose them.
