Went by Richland High this morning for a 6400m tempo. Felt pretty relaxed, finishing in 20:42. Splits were 5:15, 5:16, 5:11, 5:00 with a 68 final lap.
Afterwards, drove over to the middle school to run an easy 10 with some of the guys. 67ish total time.
