AM - 8 at a normal pace (finally). Hammy felt 100% for the first time, but I'll give it a few more days before trying some strides. Hip is improving.
PM - 30 min elliptical. I wasn't planning to go hard but it turned into a 5:00 WU, 20:00 hard, 5:00 CD session. Added some small sets of weights (deadlift & bench).
