Did 3 miles on the treadmill and the foot feels fine. Can't even tell I hurt it when I run now. Planning to add 8 later tonight. Amazing to me how fast things are healing.

Hey, Rexus told me about some of your workouts. Next time you do 8 miles at 6 minute pace you should let me know. I should be able to hold on for at least 5 of those 8.

Will do. The idea is 6-8 at 6:00, so far I've been doing them at the 6-mile end of the range. I'm planning a 6-miler sometime next week... probably Tuesday or Wednesday. Could you do it in the evening? Work is supposed to start up full time again.

Right on. I have class till 7 on Wednesday, would you be fine with an evening run? 7:15 or so?
