Final workout before the state meet. I took Saturday through Tuesday off to rest my foot, and it seems to be getting much better. Maybe I'll have to look into some physical therapy, but I'm going to resume training as usual.
8x300m intervals in the grass at the XC course in 47.5ish with 1:15 rest (enough to jog to start). Felt like a very good sharpening workout and the guys looked good. |
