What did the Ortho have to say about your knee? Hope it's nothing serious and you're able to train as you want. Good luck!

He said to quit being a baby and run :)

Sort of. He said the bone is bruised, but that running is okay as long as the pain doesn't get worse. He also told me to quit icing it and just use heat and anti-inflammatories. Other bloggies have said the same thing, but icing for pain is just so darn instinctive!

I ran the California International Marathon in Sacramento in Dec 08. I moved to Oregon after graduating from SUU in May and the CIM was one of the closest marathons. I'm hoping to run a bit faster @ Eugene in May. Who knows... Have you figured out when you'll tackle a marathon?

Well nice job. Good luck on the May attempt.

I officially added a fall marathon to my short-term goals. I don't know which one yet - I don't know where I'm going to be in the fall yet.
