11 am - 7 miles down the river trail (48:03). It was snowing a little, but sunny.... kind of a weird combo. Spent most of the time thinking about the next phase of training. I'm rather partial to Daniels' training philosophies, but I'm not sure what kind of intervals to add in. Doing threshold work is easy to figure out, but where does VO2 max pace start?
Anyway, an easy run - a little faster than I wanted, but that's okay. I'll try to add some more in tonight. 8:30 pm - 3 easy miles down Springville Main.
