This morning my legs were fresh and with a couple of friends (one of them ran last night, so he was sore) with did an easy 10k in about 60 minutes. After the first loop they both went home and I did a second one plus some extra to reach the HM distance in 52 minutes. Overall a great run with the second half at marathon pace. This was my first week above 70 miles of the whole year, having most of the week off from work it helped especially for the recovery part. I will take advantage of the extra time in the next few days to run a few more extra miles and then I will resume a more regular schedule.
