Seven easy miles, no soreness in my legs from yesterday (that is good) just some general fatigue. A few more miles during the week, not an official taper, and then sunday the big day. My only goal for sunday it will be racing, going out with the goal of doing the best that I can. I have already experienced, during the last three marathons, the feeling of going out easy and then crashing anyway, I will crash big time on sunday and it will be very painful, but at least I will have tried to do my best. |
