After 0.2 miles I was wet from head to toe, after another mile I was wet, miserable, cold, alone in the dark in a desert industrial area; instead going home I transformed my training in a mental training I was no longer there but I was running the last 10 km of a marathon and I had to cross the finish line. It really worked my brain started focusing on this task and was no longer "distracted" by negative thoughts. During the last km it stopped raining, it was my reward. 6.4 miles at 5:51/km
