Personal:

My name is Eugenio I was born near Rome, Italy, in 1972 and lived there for 29 years, then in 2001 I moved to Salt Lake City for work and for seven years and one month that was my home, since 2008 I am back to Italy. I started running in 2003 when I realized I could not ride my bike throughout the Utah winter.

6.2 miles in 1:01:16 and it says it all. I am going to skip tomorrow race to rest a little bit and regroup. Next three days I will be on vacation, it will be a good time to rest and relax and recover some energies.

It looks like you are totally sapped. Enjoy some time off and you'll be flying down the road soon.

Kam,

sorry for the delay, I was on vacation with limited internet access.

You were right between allergies, stress at work and lack of sleep I was ready for some rest. I am back right now and I feel I need a few more days to completely recover. I will take it easy at work in the next few days and slowly catching up with my mileage.
