5 weeks post baby, and I decided I can't wait another week... I need to stretch my legs.  It felt good.  Afterwards, my hip hurt a little.  I remember having that pain post Noelle too.  hmm...  Maybe it's a baby thing.

I may run slow, but I'm really enjoying getting back on the rode.  I did my 3 this morning, yet I keep feeling like I should go again.  It's nice to be able to run.  I swear I envy everyone I see running when I'm not able to. 

Monday I start training for a big race in April.  wish me luck. ;)
