I took Noelle for a run while Melanie was in school, and I'm glad it did. The weather today has been CRAZY! It's beautiful, then super windy and cloudy, rinse and repeat. And the dust!!! yuck!!! But my run felt good. My legs are definitely feeling better after Saturday, but I'm STARVING. Does anyone else get like this after a very long run? I carbed up on Friday, and definitely ate after the 22 mile run. Yesterday I ate like normal, and today I feel like I have eaten pretty good, but I just feel HUNGRY. I remember being like this after my first 20 mile run, and then the marathon. I'm wondering if it's me, or if it's typical. |
