It was grrrrrrreat!  My girlfriend and I started at my house, ran to usery pass, down usery pass, to bush highway, up bush highway, and back to my house.  I will admitt, I hit a wall after the steep climb at the end of bush highway.  That was exhausting.  But, I finished!  And I didn't get sick at all afterwards.  I took a shower and hung out with my family for the rest of the day.  I'm feeling really good about it and am ready to sign up for the marathon.  woo hoo!!!

Wow! That is some run. I'll bet you gals had a great time. Do you have BUNCO every Thursday night or just last week?

it was fun. She is a good running partner. We had fun chatting.

I have bunco on the 3rd Thursday every month, but really, thursdays are hard. Brandon has church meetings on the 1st and 4th thursday EVERY month. So the only Thursday that is "avaible" is the 2nd.

Are you running this Saturday? If so, where? Glen and I went to South Mountain but no one else from the team showed. So I said, if no one's gonna show, we might as well run somewhere a little closer. You know what I mean?

no kidding. I am going to run on Saturday, but I haven't really decided where yet. I need to run 12 miles. What distance were you thinking about running?
